Most frequently asked questions and answers

Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% silver, and the remaining part consists of copper. This is the
reason why Sterling Silver is marked with a .925 stamp.

Our jewelry assortment is sourced from Taxco, Guerrero, Mexico.

With proper care, your Sterling Silver jewelry can last a lifetime. To prevent tarnishing, store
your Sterling Silver jewelry in airtight bags when not in use. The best way to prevent tarnishing
is to wear your Sterling Silver jewelry frequently.

Copper, the other metal often used in Sterling Silver can react to moisture and oxygen in the air,
causing the sterling silver tarnish. High humidity, and chemicals like hairspray, perfume,
deodorant, body lotion, bleach, etc., can also cause tarnish.

To clean your silver, use polishes formulated specifically to remove tarnish. You can find fine
silver polishes, solutions, or cloths appropriate to remove tarnish at most hardware stores or
specialty craft stores.
